O.P.G. is the term used to indicate the judicial psychiatric hospitals : in Italy there are six and sometimes, with different purposes, it was discussed .
In Naples , until 2008 or so, the benchmark was the prison of St. Eframo , in Imbriani , in the heart of the old city .
